Job summary

Atlas Tech is seeking a passionate Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll Developer to join our IT group. You will develop and test the Global Payroll rules engine, integrate with HCM solutions, and lead technical efforts in a SAFe delivery environment.

You will customize across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials, and Campus Solutions, using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine. Strong SQL/SQR/PS/Query and web services experience is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations across PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials, and Campus Solutions.
• Strong experience using PeopleTools and related tools for development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine.
• Modify existing extensions or tailored software for Global Payroll.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts and teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and data integrity across modules.
• Maintain documentation, change control artifacts, and deployment packages.
