Job summary

Atlas Technologies seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer for Global Payroll to lead development, testing, and integration across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other modules. You will design, customize, and maintain complex PeopleSoft components, ensuring secure, scalable solutions for government-related payroll systems.

The role demands hands-on expertise with PeopleTools and SAFe delivery, plus collaboration with functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years of PeopleSoft development across HCM, Financials, and/or Campus Solutions.
Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft security and performance tuning.
Ability to lead development tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine and related extensions.
Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing HCM solutions and support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System.
Collaborate with analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Lead sprint activities in SAFe and contribute to backlog grooming and retrospectives.
Maintain technical documentation and deployment packages across modules.
