Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year technology roadmap for People and Community. You will shape strategy for HR systems, analytics, and employee listening, partnering with executive leaders to drive secure, compliant, and human-centered decisions.

This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform experience (Workday) with configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts across modules.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data, access controls, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People & Community.
• Govern HR system configuration, integrations, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Lead the HR systems & analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and enterprise standards.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise forums on technology, data, and AI.
• Shape enterprise workforce measures and decision frameworks with trusted definitions.
• Deliver executive workforce reporting and translate findings for leadership and board.
• Advance self-service analytics and data literacy for HR partners.
