Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role. You will shape the technology roadmap for People and Community, oversee HRIS governance, and drive workforce analytics and executive reporting.

You will lead a team, partner across IT, Finance, Legal, and HR, and influence enterprise strategy with a focus on security, data integrity, and responsible AI usage. This role supports a flexible, remote-first workplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience including 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Oversee governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner programs across IT, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead the HR systems and analytics team, fostering development and equitable growth.
• Deliver accurate executive workforce reporting and translate insights for leadership.
• Advance self-service analytics and data literacy for HR partners and leaders.
• Ensure confidentiality and responsible use of employee data and AI tools.
