Job summary
CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote. You will lead the multi-year technology roadmap for the People and Community division, shaping enterprise HR systems, data governance, and workforce analytics to drive equitable, data-driven decisions.
You will influence senior leaders on platform investments, governance, and responsible use of automation and AI, while safeguarding sensitive employee data and delivering measurable enterprise value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR technology, analytics, or workforce systems roles.
- Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
- Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
- Lead governance for HR system configurations, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
- Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner management.
- Influence enterprise technology, data, AI, and security decisions across the organization.
- Build and develop the HR systems and analytics team, embedding equity in opportunities.
- Own technology intake and prioritization with risk and enterprise standards in mind.
- Ensure internal controls and audits have timely, accurate evidence.
