CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year People and Community technology strategy, global workforce analytics, and employee listening platforms. This remote role informs AI, data governance, security, and equitable, human-centered decisions across the enterprise.

You will lead the HR systems and analytics team, own the division's roadmap, and partner with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk,

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
HR data, reporting, and analytics: data governance, dashboards, audits, and insights.
System implementation and enhancement work across HR modules and processes.
Compliance, controls, and security within HR systems.
Project, program and change management in enterprise settings.
Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security and vendors.
Core HR functional knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance, talent data.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead governance for HR system configuration, integrations, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
Oversee division technology budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team.
Own the division's technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
Serve as a process owner for internal controls and audit readiness.
Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI usage.
Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and self-service adoption.
Shape enterprise workforce measures and decision frameworks with trusted definitions.
Deliver accurate executive workforce reporting for leadership and board.
Advance self-service analytics and data literacy for HR partners.
Oversee employee listening analytics with confidentiality protections.
Evaluate advanced analytics with validation and transparency.
