Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights (Remote) to lead the technology strategy for People & Community. You will shape the HRIS ecosystem, analytics, and employee listening platforms, influencing enterprise decisions on AI, data security, and system integrations.

You will oversee the HR systems function, drive executive reporting, and mentor the analytics team to advance self-service insights for HR partners and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including leading teams or enterprise-wide programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the People Systems & Workforce Insights area.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee HR systems budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology forums to protect employee trust and drive value.
• Lead and develop the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable access to development opportunities.
• Own the division's technology intake and prioritization, balancing value, risk, and standards.
