You will partner with senior leaders across Technology, Finance and Legal, build a high-performing HR analytics team, and ensure secure, compliant data practices while expanding self-serve insights for HR partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR technology, analytics, and program leadership.
• Experience with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Strong data governance, reporting, and enterprise risk management.
