Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role across the United States. You will shape the multi-year technology strategy for People Systems, lead HRIS governance, and drive workforce insights with executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and vendor relationships, guiding enterprise AI initiatives, and leading a team to deliver secure, reliable, and equitable HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise, especially Workday configuration and security.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations and optimizations.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Proven project, program and change management skills.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance and talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, and security forums.
• Build and mentor the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and enterprise standards.
• Serve as process owner for internal controls and audit evidence.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, delivery, documentation, adoption, and self-service.
