Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to set the multi-year technology roadmap for People Systems and workforce analytics. You will influence enterprise decisions on platforms, data, AI, and security while leading the HR systems and analytics team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with leadership experience (3+ years)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality
• System implementation and enhancement work across modules
• Compliance, controls, and security in HR systems
• Project, program and change management in enterprise settings
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors
• Core HR knowledge including org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance, and talent data

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting and vendor performance.
• Oversee budget, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, and security forums.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and develop capabilities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Own internal controls processes and audit evidence.
• Protect sensitive employee data and ensure ethical AI decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service.
