• Ability to translate technical issues into clear business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology and AI discussions.
• Build and develop the HR systems & analytics team with succession planning.
