CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote to guide the People & Community technology ecosystem and workforce analytics. This leader shapes the division roadmap, oversees governance, budgets, and partner contracts, and partners across IT, Finance, Legal and HR to deliver enterprise value.

They will drive data governance, executive reporting, self-service analytics, and responsible AI practices while leading a team and enhancing platform

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience in HR data, reporting, analytics, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
• Experience with compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Strong project, program and change management capabilities.
• Proven cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, and vendors.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, and performance.

Aufgaben

• Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee the division's budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model discussions.
• Develop and organize the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own the division's technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Manage internal controls and provide timely evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure responsible AI / automated decisions.
