Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to set the technology strategy for People Systems, workforce analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will lead governance, vendor management, and a cross-functional team to deliver secure, compliant, and insightful HR capabilities.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, executive reporting, and responsible AI practices within a remote-first culture across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience; 3+ years leading teams, enterprise programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday, including configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, security, and policy requirements in HR systems.
• Strong project, program and change management skills with stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners in collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, and security discussions.
• Lead the HR systems and analytics team, fostering development and inclusive access to opportunities.
• Own the technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and enterprise standards.
