Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a leading AAA insurer, seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to steer the multi-year People tech strategy and analytics platform. This remote role supports diverse locations nationwide and partners across People & Community, IT, Finance, and Legal.

You will drive governance, data integrity, enterprise reporting, and responsible AI initiatives while building a capable HR systems and analytics team for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years leading teams or large cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization across modules.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data, access controls, and policy/compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise projects, timelines, risks, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for People and Community division.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner implementations with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, security decisions.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team with development and succession planning.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure controls and audits have timely, accurate evidence.
