CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote to shape the multi-year technology strategy for the People and Community division. You will lead HR system governance, analytics, and employee listening platforms, while guiding budget, vendor management, and cross-functional partnerships across Technology, Finance, and Legal.

• Hands-on HRIS expertise with Workday (config, security, testing, support).
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
• Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner relationships for enterprise investments.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, and security discussions.
