Qualificações

• 10+ years of related work experience, including leading teams or large programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, analytics, dashboards, audits, and data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology and AI discussions while protecting employee trust.
• Build and mentor the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Develop and manage the division's technology intake and prioritization.
