Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to guide the technology roadmap for People and Community. This remote role partners with senior leaders to align HR systems, data, and analytics with enterprise strategy, risk, and responsible AI practices.

You will lead a team, govern Workday configurations, security, and reporting, and oversee budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands‑on HRIS platform expertise: Deep experience with Workday, including configuration, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, and analytics: Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• System implementation and enhancement work: Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
• Compliance, controls, and security: Experience handling sensitive employee data, access controls, audit support, and policy/compliance requirements.
• Project, program and change management: Managing enterprise projects, timelines, risks, budgets, testing cycles, change impacts, and stakeholder communication.
• Cross‑functional partnership: Working with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors to deliver improvements.
• Core HR functional knowledge: Understanding of org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance, talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People and Community to align with enterprise goals.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security discussions.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team; ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and enterprise standards.
• Operate internal controls and provide evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and supervise AI-assisted decision processes.
