In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to craft and execute people strategies aligned with anticipated hyper growth, coach teams, and shape organizational development initiatives that build a data-driven, high-trust culture.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with engineering client groups and growth-stage organizations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic advisory skills.
