Qualificações

• 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Expertise across compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environments.
• Clear, empathetic communicator with strong collaboration and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Advisor: partner with business leaders on people-related strategies and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategies for hyper growth.
• Shape and drive goals by aligning people strategy to business objectives with practical thinking.
• Coach teams and foster relationships to build trust.
• Employee Relations: guide restructures, workforce planning, and investigations to improve morale.
• Organizational Development: design and implement new programs, drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate talent calibrations and compensation planning using people metrics for growth.
