Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRBP experience; preferably with engineering client groups.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience across compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Clear, empathetic communicator who adapts to differences in others.
• Partner and coach to managers and leaders; builds trust.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through growth.
• Coach and advise on best practices within the team.
• Develop deep relationships and cultivate trust with all parts of the teams you’re supporting.
• Lead HR programs and workforce planning initiatives for the engineering teams.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues and drive resolutions.
• Design and iterate new people programs to support rapid growth.
