Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to partner with Sr. People Business Partner leadership.

You will coach managers, support succession planning, and help scale the workforce across business units while supporting HR operations and employee development. The role requires a senior HR professional with strong communication, project management, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience as a strategic HR partner and advisor.
Knowledge of HR practices including employment law, compensation, performance management, and leadership development.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; experienced with HRIS systems.
Discretion, confidentiality, and independent problem-solving ability.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to align HR strategies with objectives.
Manage the 360 feedback process and annual review cycle with managers.
Lead employee relations investigations and offer coaching to managers.
Drive HR projects and ensure outcomes align with goals.
Support the employment lifecycle with guidance and conflict resolution.
Provide data-driven recommendations and guide performance and compensation calibrations.
Facilitate 360 feedback for leaders and present readouts to C-Suite.
Plan and calibrate annual review processes for consistency and growth.
