Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to align HR strategies with objectives.
• Manage 360 feedback and annual review cycle; lead performance management and investigations.
• Drive HR projects and lifecycle support with coaching for managers and employees.
• Provide recommendations from performance data; support succession planning and calibrations.
• Conduct investigations and support exits; build stakeholder relationships.
