You will provide comprehensive support to your client groups, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and performance improvements at all levels.

In this strategic role you will partner with leadership to align people programs with ambitious growth, coach teams, and lead organizational development

Qualifications

12+ years of HRBP experience, preferably with engineering clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
Expertise across HR channels including compensation, compliance, ER, and L&D.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders on people-related strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute people strategies for hyper growth.
Shape goals by aligning people strategy to business objectives with practical thinking.
Coach teams and foster trust-based relationships.
Lead talent calibrations and compensation planning using people metrics.
