Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager to join the People PM Team. You will own key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, partnering with leaders across the business to drive impact and deliver on critical workflows.

With strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills, you will manage risks, build credible program plans, and translate people data into actionable narratives for senior partners across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.

• You thrive in cross-functional projects with technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
• You have exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex project details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring delivery against business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers for on-schedule delivery.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to tackle complex problems and influence operational decisions.
• Build trust with senior partners, translating people data into clear, actionable plans.
• Communicate across teams to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.
