Anduril Industries is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director, People Business Partner to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role is not just about HR; it's about architecting and executing a people strategy that fuels our growth, shapes our culture, and optimizes organizational performance.

You will serve as a strategic partner, owning the comprehensive people agenda for your executive client group.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with direct partnering with executives.
Experience architecting and scaling people strategies driving growth and transformation.
Proven success building, leading, and inspiring high-performing People Business Partner teams.
Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
Deep expertise in organizational development, change leadership, strategic workforce planning, and analytics.
Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L impacts of people decisions.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end People Strategy for executive client groups.
Advise executive teams with insights on organizational effectiveness and workforce needs.
Lead and develop a high-performing People Business Partner team.
Drive organizational design and transformation initiatives.
Identify talent opportunities and risks impacting market leadership.
Design and lead large-scale change management initiatives.
Develop workforce planning models for growth and leadership bench.
Embed a high-performance culture with leadership development and coaching.
