You will shape the employee experience by improving processes and supporting key programs that keep the function running smoothly.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, data-informed improvements, and scalable operational support, designing workflows and overseeing daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR roles.
• Independent work in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and legal considerations.
• Proven ability to improve operational processes and systems.
• Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing needs.

• Oversee daily operations of core People processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Design and enhance workflows to streamline People processes.
• Support the execution of key People programs such as performance and compensation cycles.
