Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Experience supporting go-to-market teams or broader People functions.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for task automation.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using data to influence leadership decisions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to align talent priorities with business outcomes.
• Diagnose organizational needs and drive creative problem-solving.
• Execute core talent programs to enhance retention in go-to-market environments.
• Collaborate with regional People Partners and program managers to develop strategic solutions.
