Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior People Business Partner, Engineering to partner with senior Engineering leadership to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and align talent priorities with business goals. You will support a globally distributed engineering organization and play a key role in change management and cross-functional partnership within the People team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a tech environment.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams, particularly in EMEA.
• Ability to navigate organizational change and transformation.
• Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Openness to learning new operational methods.
• Solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Engineering leaders to define people and business priorities.
• Drive job architecture changes and establish consistent role expectations.
• Lead key Engineering people processes such as calibrations.
• Advise Engineering leaders on organization design and change management.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and Talent partners for a cohesive employee experience.
• Analyze data and feedback to recommend improvements.
• Support planning and execution of Engineering offsites and forums.
• Drive talent initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
