Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Partenaire principal·e en opérations RH to join a leader in Enterprise Technology. The role strengthens core HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, shaping workflows, improving documentation and systems, and supporting key people programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR operations experience or related roles.
• Experience working independently in dynamic environments or small teams.
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
• Knowledge of Canadian labor standards and employment practices.
• Proven track record in process improvement and creating efficient workflows.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Design and improve workflows and reliable resources for HR process management.
• Support the operational implementation of key HR programs such as performance evaluations.
• Provide clear recommendations and next steps in ambiguous situations.
• Utilize data and employee feedback to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and talent management on HR-related projects.
• Create clear documentation and reproducible processes for continuity within the HR function.
