Ladders is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to employees, managers, and senior leaders in a distributed enterprise technology space. You will help shape workforce planning, support organizational changes, and strengthen people practices that enable business performance.

This remote US-based role focuses on employee relations, labor relations, and performance management, leveraging data insights to drive effective people decisions and leadership coaching

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of HR experience, including 3-5+ years as an HR generalist or business partner.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Workday, with ability to analyze HR reports.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations investigations and documentation.
• Ability to coach managers through difficult conversations and performance issues.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools in HR processes, with a focus on data privacy.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR support for employees and managers, addressing policy and team structure inquiries.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce planning with business priorities using data insights.
• Manage reorganizations and restructures, coordinating with various departments for effective execution.
• Oversee employee relations cases from intake to resolution, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Handle labor relations for represented employee populations, including grievance management.
• Lead the performance management cycle, providing guidance on promotions and compensation.
• Develop tools and templates to enhance manager capabilities and streamline HR processes.
