Job summary

Solv Health is seeking an experienced HR professional to own core HR workflows across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance cycles, compliance, compensation, benefits, and onboarding. You will partner with our Head of G&A to design clear, reliable processes that keep a growing team supported.

As a solo operator within a collaborative G&A team, you’ll move fast, take initiative, and run the HR function with autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years hands-on HR or People Operations experience in a remote, fast-paced tech startup or SaaS.
• Autonomy, ownership of end-to-end processes, and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Legal, and IT to get work done.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for key hires and onboarding programs.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations with data integrity.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Support country-specific matters with local expertise.
• Maintain internal HR policies, compliance, and offboarding processes.
• Design and track performance review cycles and total rewards.
