Job summary

Point is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to shape the employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, and program delivery as we scale. You will partner with HR leaders to optimize processes, drive employee experience, and support a fast-moving organization.

The role emphasizes high-touch employee support balanced with operational execution, building scalable People programs and maintaining compliant policies. This position is remote nationwide with a focus on US-based operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related field.
• Broad working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and core HR practices.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, benefits, or other employee-facing programs.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, empathetic explanations of processes.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experiences to ensure welcoming, organized starts.
• Support employee lifecycle changes: promotions, transfers, status changes, departures.
• Maintain accurate records across People systems and audit for accuracy.
• Develop program materials, communications, resources, timelines, and process docs.
• Collaborate with People team to evaluate and improve programs.
• Serve as first point of contact for policies, benefits, and leave questions.
