The Senior HR Generalist will own onboarding, lifecycle operations, benefits, and compliance, partnering with HR leaders to scale People programs and improve the employee experience.

This role demands high organization, collaboration, and the ability to balance high-touch support with scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations and HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, benefits, or other employee-facing programs.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathetic explanations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experiences to ensure a welcoming and organized start.
• Support company-wide People programs, surveys, learning initiatives, and recognition.
• Serve as first point of contact for policies, benefits, time away, and People processes.
• Audit employee data and processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Support cross-functional People projects as the organization scales.
