Job summary

Point is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to influence all components of the employee lifecycle, collaborating with HR leaders to support people-focused responsibilities and projects. The role covers onboarding, engagement, leave administration, benefits, and compliance, combining lifecycle operations with People program support.

The ideal candidate is organized, excels at balancing high-touch employee support with execution, and seeks to improve processes for scalable, employee-friendly People

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or related field.
• Broad working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and core HR practices.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experience with welcoming, organized start.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, status changes, departures).
• Maintain accurate employee records across People systems and reflect changes.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable automation for lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate and administer company-wide People programs (surveys, learning initiatives, recognition).
• Support benefits administration and leaves in partnership with stakeholders.
