Job summary

Springline Advisory is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead day-to-day People functions, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and strong compliance across multiple states in the U.S. You will shape programs and partner with the Head of People Operations to drive scalable processes in a fast-growing firm.

The role oversees benefits administration, leave management, HRIS (UKG Pro), and lifecycle operations with a hands-on, results-driven approach in a remote, nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on People Operations and 3+ years of leadership.
• Extensive experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Extensive experience managing leaves of absence and ADA accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily People Operations activities and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure operational excellence across People programs, policies, and services.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve People processes, workflows, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance the employee experience.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex operational and employee-related matters.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, TA, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of People processes.
• Monitor service delivery, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
• Support the development and execution of People Operations goals, priorities, and projects.
