Point is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to influence the employee lifecycle and optimize the employee experience as the company scales. You will partner with HR leaders to support onboarding, engagement, leave administration, benefits, and compliance while delivering high-touch support and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes organizing processes, improving People programs, and implementing scalable solutions in a fast-moving team. Remote-first, with a strong benefits and equity offering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR, or a related field.
• Broad working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and core HR practices.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, benefits, or other employee-facing programs.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experiences to ensure a welcoming, organized start for new employees.
• Partner with stakeholders to complete onboarding activities accurately and on time.
• Manage lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, and departures, updating records accordingly.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable, automated improvements to processes.
