Job summary

Springline Advisory, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead day-to-day People functions, ensuring a premium employee experience, strong compliance, and scalable processes across the U.S.

You will partner with the Head of People Operations to execute strategies in benefits, leave management, HRIS, and lifecycle operations while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-state employment law, benefits, and HR systems, with a track record of

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on People Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Extensive experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Extensive experience managing leaves of absence and ADA accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily People Operations activities and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with the Head of People Operations to implement strategies and scalable processes.
• Ensure compliance, HRIS administration, and data integrity across systems.
• Support managers on employee relations, investigations, and performance matters.
• Develop and optimize onboarding, leaves, enrollments, and service standards.
