Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 for on-site work in San Diego, CA. You will work with service desk, server admins, and network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows desktop environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office product suites.
• Candidates must meet U.S. Government 8140 IT 451 Basic requirements (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Network+).

• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction per defined objectives.
• Performs assigned tasks independently and works through the ticket queue.
• Applies technical understanding of service desk and IT operations fundamentals.
