Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a PC Network Support Technician 4 to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will work on-site, full-time at our Oklahoma City, OK location, with no telecommute option.

Responsibilities include leading a team of technicians, coordinating with multiple IT groups, and ensuring service quality while maintaining security compliance. Salary ranges are provided in postings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Security+ certification or greater.
• US Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for computers and networks.
• Coordinate with service desk, server admins, network engineers, and IT/Cyber management.
• Escalate complex issues to senior level and work independently in the ticket queue.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure security compliance for hardware and software.
