Northrop Grumman seeks a Computer Systems Analyst - Windows Systems Administrator to support lifecycle activities and work on-site at our Spectrum Center in San Diego, CA.

The role requires a Secret clearance, strong Windows Server knowledge, and ability to collaborate with network, software, and system engineers. Candidate must meet 8140 requirements and be prepared for after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.
• U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Computer Systems Analyst – IAT level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND).
• U.S. Government Secret level security clearance to be considered.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Exhibits strong communication, energetic approach, and customer patience.
• Maintain customer satisfaction following defined objectives and policies.
• Report task statuses in written and oral formats.
• Support cross-discipline issue isolation across software, firmware, hardware, OS, networks, and apps.
