Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of PC Network Support Technicians.
• Provide technical support for computers and networks, diagnose issues, and assist customers.
• Coordinate with service desk, server admins, network engineers, and IT/Cyber management.
• Escalate complex OS/server/network problems to senior staff and work with system admins.
