Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will work on-site, full-time at our Oklahoma City, OK location.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, Security+ or higher, and experience with Windows, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN networking. Primary duties include technical leadership, customer support, and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6+ years experience; or an Associate degree with 4+ years; or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years.
• Candidate must currently hold a US Government Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain access to Special Programs.
• Security+ certification or higher is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for computers and networks; coach a team of PC Network Support Technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers, service desk, server admins, network engineers, and IT/Cyber management.
• Work with system administrators on complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications problems remotely or on-site.
• Use AD to manage user/computer accounts and perform password resets following security policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory in asset-tracking system for hardware assets.
• Complete paperwork to satisfy security requirements and install/retire PCs safely.
• Assist Security in remediating data spillage incidents.
