Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Colorado Springs is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 2/3 for on-site, full-time work. The role focuses on ticketing, workstation relocation, and basic diagnostics to support classified IT operations.

Required are an Associate or higher degree with relevant experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. On-site duties include moving equipment and working in a secure environment with planned travel and no telework option.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and remote deployment methods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance within a reasonable time.
• Meet U.S.Government 8140 requirements for PC Network Support Tech - IAT level 2 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tickets for all support incidents with timely updates.
• Relocate workstations and equipment between campus buildings to minimize disruption.
• Provide basic diagnostics, identify and analyze problems using records.
• Assist with security paperwork and maintain security compliance for hardware/software.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory in asset tracking system.
