Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The role ensures accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions in compliance with regulations and company policy.

The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing for assigned departments, maintain confidential records, and support special projects as needed in a large, dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2+ years payroll experience, preferably with ADP.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned departments/sites.
• Audit and maintain payroll records and reporting.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
