Job summary

BDA, LLC is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. With at least 5 years of payroll processing and strong skills in ADP systems, you will be responsible for managing payroll for over a thousand employees across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This position requires onsite presence 4 days a week in Atlanta or Plainfield.

A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience and skills is offered, along with a commitment to equity and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll for over a thousand employees across multiple states.
• Managing garnishments and wage verifications in ADP.
• Maintaining and auditing employee PTO accruals.
• Reconciling payroll deductions and PTO accruals.
