Ideal candidates have 2–3 years payroll/benefits experience, proficiency in ADP/OnShift, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred with 2+ years payroll/benefits experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Proficient with HRIS systems; knowledge of IRS rules and I-9 familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely.
• Ensure tax withholding, deductions, and benefits are correctly administered.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate payroll reports.
• Distribute paychecks or manage direct deposit and update payroll records.
• Ensure I-9 documentation and retirement system entries are compliant.
• Provide clerical support and assist with HR projects as needed.
