Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Payroll: bi-weekly or weekly for salaried and hourly staff in Dayforce; review timesheets, overtime, project allocations
• Adjustments & Deductions: bonuses, retro pay, per diems; wage garnishments and tax levies
• Banking & Disbursements: direct deposits, manual checks, withdrawals/transfers to fund payroll
• Benefits Administration: retirement and benefits payments to plan administrators
• Tax & Year-End Reporting: reconcile payroll data, ensure tax compliance, generate and file W-2 forms
• Record Keeping: maintain confidential files, resolve discrepancies, respond to employee pay inquiries
