Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related business is required.
• Eight or more years of experience in Payroll, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in payroll for a large multi-state company as a manager or leader.
• Proficient understanding of payroll processes, controls, financial compliance, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall payroll compliance functions of a large multi-state and multi-country shared services payroll department.
• Oversee payroll preparation/processing for a large employee base and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Finance, Benefits, HR, IT and external vendors to optimize payroll processes.
• Lead continuous process improvements to improve quality, efficiency and internal controls.
