Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• 3-5 years of payroll/finance or related experience
• Multi-state payroll processing required
• FPC/CPP designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems for weekly and semi-monthly payroll; updates employee earnings and deductions.
• Completes payroll processing activities: wage/overtime calculations, deductions, and off-cycle payments.
• Answers complex payroll questions via email and phone; ensures compliance with policies.
• Audits earnings/deductions, reviews system output, prepares reports for management.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
• Processes payroll for 5,000–7,000 employees across multiple states.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

3-5 years payroll experience

Multi-state payroll processing

FPC/CPP designation preferred

Spanish language ability

Strong communication skills
