Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of payroll or related experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience required.
• FPC/CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems for weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
• Computes wage and overtime payments, deductions, and off-cycle payments.
• Responds to payroll questions from employees and management.
• Audits earnings and deductions totals and prepares reports.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
• Audits field-submitted payroll information for accuracy and policy compliance.
